Increased cholesterol in body is a symptom of heart artery blockage or heart failure in future.There are two types of cholesterols,HDL and LDL . Both type of cholesterols are not harmful. HDL stands for high density cholesterol and LDL stands for low density cholesterol. Take high fiber diet

Taking high fiber diet regularly reduce low density cholesterol in body.So include soya,tofu, oat,carrot like high fiber diet in your food.FDA aprroved oat as cholesterol reducing food.Cabbage,apple,orange are also rich source of fiber. Phytosterols are found in these foods. Phytosterol help us to digest LDL.

Take dry Fruits

Almost all of dry fruits have omega3 fatty acid. Omega3 reduce LDL in body. Apricot ,lin seed ,cashew nut  and green vegetables are rich source of omega3 fatty acid .According to the howard school of public health all type of nuts reduce LDL in blood.So take nut and dry fruits in winter season.
