What is Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

IDE or An integrated development environment is a programming environment . It has been package of a software or application which is used to develop other types of applications . An IDE has a complete application program .

It has typically included all tools that are used in other application development . Typically included a code editor, a compiler, a debugger, and a graphical user interface (GUI) builder.

The IDE or integrated development environment may be a automated high performance application . It may be included as part of one or more existing and compatible applications.

Common Tools That Are Included In IDE Program

IDEs provide a user-friendly framework or platform for many modern programming languages, such as C , C++,  Visual Basic, Java etc.

 

Suppose if you decided to create a new application using c language , then C language provide you a complete required tools to create ,test and run for your new application .

An other example of an IDE program is Microsoft visual studio . This application is use to develop applications with VB , C# etc .
